Kenny's Teaching Top Bar Hive

In place and ready for use. Being a teaching device, I left the end off so people could see in the hive where the bees would be and where they build comb from.

This is what the bees would see, and how they would access the syrup.

In place and ready to go. As you can see, the top bars are never removed and no disturbance to the bees when refilling. There may be a few bees on the lid when you remove it, but that's all you'll see.

Here is a close-up of the Boardman feeder, in place on the support. The support IS NEEDED to hold the feeder and jar in place.

Just a scrap piece screwed in level with the opening.
