Batch 2 of Mead.

Mixing together all ingredients and aerating the MUST.

Start your yeast to be sure it's alive in a small bowl of water, between 100 and 105 degrees.

Lots of bubbling going on as the fermentation begins.

This batch of mead has 5 pounds of honey and 2 pints of home grown canned peaches.

Now sit back and wait a month!!!
